  1. back at 2.40 after Garmin support helped me. Gonna wait for the proper release. I'm leaving tomorrow and thought I was gonna have to use my old 60CSX. Had to reboot everything now I'm loading the maps right to the GPS memory, instead of my card. Hopefully no more problems. Did like some of the new features, the brief time it was working with 2.44.

  2. Trying it now. When it rebooted, it got stuck on a garmin screen after going through the update. Nothing worked, had to pull the batteries. Re installed the batteries and started working, shut down once on me, but not sure if batteries are low. Put new batteries, one thing I've noticed is when you zoom in or out on map page, it all changes colors and then goes back. Will post more if need be.

  3. Don't show on the calendar

First cache I found worked, second showed up on the next day (was about 5pm). Today both caches I found in the field didn't show, and now I tried 3 caches without going to look for them (actually my own) and all 3 showed up on the calendar. Not major cause you can still use your field notes OK, but liked looking at them on the calendar when you want to look back.

  4. Didn't really fit the 60 ram mount, but it went in the mount tight and I just used elastic to hold it in place. Actually worked well cause it was on my quad and it was a bumpy road. Will buy correct one when they come out, but this works for now. Lighter plug in worked great, but wonder how waterproof that usb connection will be.

  5. Yeah, stumbled upon it when I tried caching with it tonight. Found 2 caches with it. The first one showed up on the calendar page, but couldn't get the second one to. It showed it on the map page as an open chest, but wouldn't submit a log or show on calendar page.

  6. Thanks Redwood. Just dragged the Pocket queries and works great. Think I'm gonna love the extra info right there, especially after climbing a hill last night to only find out the cache was disabled. All those mystery and multi caches will be known right away, not after a relentless search and then arrive home to check to see why I DNF'd. So far I like the autorouting, better than the 60CSX and love the compass, not having to lay it flat. It does squeak a bit, but I think that will go away with time and use. Now to find my first cache with it.
