This is my first geocache on-line post. (Tony normally had priority on this subject). Many, Many, Many thanks to everyone for your heartfelt thanks. You are our extended family and have been over the past 4 years. Your support and kind words for Tony and especially your kind wishes for my recovery were greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone who could attend the viewing and the funeral and bringing food. I am sorry that I could not attend (although I did try over and over). Those pesky drs just wouldn't let me out. I cried over many of the posts that you all made. It took me several days to read them all and they all brought me to tears. He may have been a cache addict but he was a wonderful husband, friend, and father. I know that Al will be continuing on in his fathers footsteps! Luv Sue

Hello Everyone my mom is doing alot better, she is coming home tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (friday) This is amazing , She even feels better. The doctor says she doesn't have namonia (even though they told us she did 2 days ago) If anyone is coming to visit, Please not tomorrow since it is her first day home, And When you come please don't stay for long time because alot of people will be coming, And its tiering for her. I also want to thank you all for being at the funeral, and reception, My dad knows how much you guys care. He will be with us everywhere we go, Even on the trails! But the no one will ever forget his humour and his smile, it just brought joy to everyone. r.i.p daddy <3 love you forever and ever and ever times infinity and beyond. Oh yea everyone at ghagaphap?? Its 1:04 am and I just got back from the hospital, my mom just had surgery, and shes going to be fine, but it will take a lot of days or so. As someone posted my mom will not be attending the funeral tomrrow, but Allan and myself are going for my mom. And Fizbot I Love those pictures, someone seem to catch my dad at his greatest moments, Never seen them before, thanks for posting them. thanks rebecca.

Hello, wow I didn't realise how many people my dad knew, and how he touched each and everyone of you. It's nice to know he has such great friends, to him you were like his second family. I want to thank everyone for all there kind words and thoughts. My mom is getting better which is the only thing im worrying about. Allan that was really nice post about daddy. I just made an account so I could see this, because I heard from my uncle steve and the rideau rangers that people have been posting nice things on here. I guess I might see some of you people on tuesday or wednesday at the funeral. Amizon annie thanks for the nice post about my dad. and same with everyone else, its nice to know that my dad will be missed. Its kinda weird how fast the word travelled. My mom is making a speedy recovery, and i'm back at home with her now with my brother(allan). Reading some of these posts made me cry, and I told my mom about some of them. It's hard knowing that I can never see my dad again, I'm going to miss him so much but I know he is happy with his gps, He wont get lost up there. I really don't know what else to say but thank you.
