  1. Wow. Post 128 is dripping with sweetness, and pretty pleases, help me nice Mr. BBB... then 22 minutes later on post 129 we have accusations and attack.
  2. I have tried to glean an answer to this question and have not been able to do so. Are the new guidelines retroactive to all ECs (which were approved under the guidelines in force at the time of publication) or only for new ECs submitted after the guideline change? Geoaware, please answer this question. Thank you.
  3. I wonder why you say this? As of this date, you have 30 EC finds. the latest one on your list is GC15WW8. The link to the picture you submitted is below. October 23, 2009 by manville p h (348 found) I used to park here and eat lunch. Wonder why the parking spot on the other side of the river is locked off now? It was a nice place to access the river and fish. Thanks for the Earth Cache. Manville. 4. The day SOX comes to caching is the day I quit.

    MyFinds PQ

I am in the same shape. I tried to run mine last night and again this morning with no success. Last ran 11/29/09.
  6. Me too. WinXP Pro 5.1.2600 SP3, IE7 7.0.5730.13
  7. I don't know if this will help or not, but I did experience an issue with this and couldn't figure out why. The following three lines come directly from my Oregon, unedited: GC1VN20,2010-01-16T13:58Z,Found it,"" GC1WDZY,2010-01-16T14:12Z,Found it,"" GC1KWMQ,2010-01-16T14:52Z,Found it,"" The first posted as a 1/15 find and the next 2 posted as 1/16 finds. That is why you see that I edited the log for GC1VN20 clicky; I realized the date was wrong and changed it to the 16th after posting.

    Protest

The OP and the ARP are bad ideas. It appears as a temper tantrum.
  9. Better, thanks. Still other issues, but this reduces the scrolling.
  10. Thank you for providing the screen shot, but please be sure to include more information about your environment when submitting a bug/complaint. Even though it appears that you're running Windows Mobile 5 on that device, you should explicitly state the OS and device model. It would also be beneficial to note the build of Mobile IE. Thanks! -Justin I am experiencing the same issue. The phone is a Motorola Q9M running Windows Mobile 6 Standard, CE OS 5.2.1810 build 18325.0.6.3. I can't find a reference to the IE build, it is what came with the OS. I needed to see a picture on a cache listing and couldn't get logged in because I couldn't see what I was typing into those box not boxes. I tried wap and could log in, but I could not see the pictures, and the login didn't transfer to the main site. I found the cache without the picture, so all is well, but I'm missing a tool if I can't log in on the phone.
  11. I don't like it. Please change the YOUR back to MY. Thank you.
  12. Usually in the same places that deer carcasses are dumped. Why can't they work together and nuke the venison? Just this last Sunday I found a dear carcass (the legs at least) on one side of a creek, a recliner in the middle of the creek, and a TV on the far side of the creek. It was a real shame, because otherwise the creek was rather pretty. Was it your granny? Granted, I don't read in the forums very often, but that was the funniest thing I've read or heard all week. Thanks.
  13. Could you be specific? Most challenges have limitations on using caches that are published after the CC is published for just this reason. Many also can/do disqualify caches that have had their ratings (WRC), name (Alphabet), coords (DeLorme/County), etc. changed. As far as CCs go, I like them, don't want them to go away, and don't really care if there is a new icon or not. I can use bookmarks to find them and GSAK to filter them in or out as well as maintain their requirements. CCs are just another way that GC users have brought creativity into the game we enjoy. Perhaps at the most, an attribute could be added. That would help those that don't like them to filter them out of PQs.
  14. 6.6.5 build 19, registered.
  15. That was my error message that SQ quoted from the other thread. Can you look specifically at the PQ I generated #1600206, and test it? Or, could you regenerate 1600206 for me? Thanks. -David I got the new copy and it performs the same way. Same GSAK error. PQs from yesterday work fine.

    Pocket Queries

A newly generated gpx PQ will not import into GSAK for me. GSAK returns this error message: I checked the PQ and it looks like all my others. I tweaked it before running, but it is still a zipped gpx output file. Is there a problem or am I overlooking something? A different PQ saved yesterday at 5:52pm CDT works correctly. I tried renaming as a.loc, no dice either.
  18. Now I see the dead animal carcass scenario mentioned yet again. This would not meet the cache permanence guideline and would not be approved.
  19. Bring a dog. For some reason people find you less threatening if you have a dog. Then again I have a corgi (refer to avatar) and no one can ever think they're threatening. What kind of kidnapper has a corgi? None. You're right. When I started hanging out at playgrounds intent on kidnapping, the first thing I did was get rid of my Corgi.
  20. We discussed this last night at an event; I have one in the approval queue. It's a great idea. -David
  21. Pet Peeve: There is no P in Hamsters! Actually there is. If you squeeze one hard enough, you'll see. -David
  22. Thanks for posting this information, benh57. I used your list of software and made it work in the field. I was able to play a Wherigo cartridge using an XP SP2 laptop and a 60CS connected via USB. It was a bit cumbersome, but it works. -David
  23. That's exactly what I was going to say.... The combination of GSAK and CacheMate should work well for you. Good luck! It sure does. Ditto. I've been using my Z22 since my m500 died last year. GSAK and Cachemate. -David
