  5. I use an Axim X5 with a SiRF III CF card GPS and have found it to be very reliable when driving/wandering around using TomTom. I don't use it generally for caching, although I have done on occassion when my Garmin has run out of battery. It's been a while since I used it but I think I used BeeLineGPS. I have GpxView to view files from PQs when I need to & MemoryMap and this is all stored on a 2GB SD card. I'd recommend a SiRF III card as the old one I had (sorry, I can't remember the type) frequently lost signal. I have a car charger and keep it plugged in and topped up, I also carry a spare internal back-up battery with me for emergencies. I'm not too hot on the techi stuff but I know it works ok for me

  12. [quote for KernowCachers you can join this mission if you are in the adress book. Fantastic! I'm in there
  13. Is this an ongoing mission or is it too late to join in the fun? (I would like to join if it's a random coin sent and received as I don't have a personal coin - and it's not too late!)
  14. I recently bought some from Castle Coins & Pins for $1.99 each (worked out about £1.02 each). The postage was £3.33 but that was for 12 pathtags too so it may be worthwhile asking how much the shipping would be.
  15. I really like this coin and it's gone onto my 'must have' list
  16. I wanted a tattoo for several years and my sister paid for it for my 35th Birthday. It's a small dolphin on the left of my chest. A couple of years later my hubbie got one too on his upper arm. (I hope the pictures work - I'm not too good at these things!)

  19. Congrats from us. There's lots of new caches in 'sunny' Cornwall - you'll have to pop down and collect a few soon.
  20. Congrats Steve, it was a fab day and a pleasure to share your 1000th with you and the rest of the gang. The wind and the rain only added to the experience. We're looking forward to sharing more caches with you very soon. The icing on the cake should have read: "Haqre n Ebpx"......I'll change that for the 2000th!
  21. Cornwall 2008 Coins Still a few left for sale in the online shop (much cheaper than ebay!).
  22. Many thanks for all you've done and Best wishes from us. Jan~ KernowCachers
