trying one more time

hi guys i am a newbe, i need help. i have R&R allready downloaded on my pc, i just bought metro guide from a guy on e bay. i have try & tryed to download it but it will only do disk one, i can't get to second disk, is it because i have R&R all ready. can any one tell me what i am doing wrong other that getting it off of e bay insted of getting it from garmin. i kinda feel like i might of gotten cheated.

does anyone know if there is a cd or vhs tape on how to use the 76s? that a person might buy.
