  1. You do an amazing job on your cache containers! What type of paint are you using on the lock'n lock's?
  2. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2643/392455..._4369627930.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2439/392455..._9ab3091e80.jpg I have really enjoyed reading this thread and have gotten some great ideas from the many posts here. I thought you all might enjoy having a look at one of my nano caches that I have out. I hope the picture comes through as it keeps telling me to insert a url but it doesnt say where to insert it...LOL....a person could really take that and run with it!!
  3. I have had a cache out for a few months now that is made of sculpy and it has held up very well, mind you it is in a protected spot. The stuff is very fun to work with and I have recieved a lot of great feedback from this cache. I say go for it, if it doesnt last forever oh well...it is fun while it lasts
  4. Thanks everyone! I like the google earth idea as I am a very visual person!
  5. I own one like that it's called "The Booby Trap" and is placed in honour of breast cancer survivors...very popular cache!
  6. I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is an easy way to map out a caching route in an area...one that would show caches on an actual map? I have tried going to the "topo" link on a cache page but have no idea how that works? Thanks!
  7. I have been searching for a long time for a solution to paperless caching and after many google searches I came across the Cacheberry program. I have been using it for about two weeks and I LOVE it! I have a blackberry pearl from Telus without a micro card so I download files from the desktop, it works wonderful! I highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to go paperless and does not want or need to invest in another GPS or a palm device.
  8. I use a Garmin 60csx and my Blackberry Pearl with Cacheberry installed, it's a great combination! I have wanted to go paperless for quite some time but didn't want to give up my 60csx so after doing alot of digging I found a program for my blackberry that manages GPX files wonderfully!
