  1. Steve said that the coins might go on sale later tonight, and the prize coins (the metal was wrong and we reminted them) should be coming in in a week or two. Also keep an eye out for a new project that should be unveiled later today as well.
  2. There is no exact search function for that. The most effective way would be to go to your nearest caches page, and the ones that have travel bugs would have an icon to the left of their names.
  3. I would love to be the FTR this cache/TB because I am a student and I have been really busy with finals lately, and have not had any time to cache recently, and it would be nice to have a cache I could find without leaving home. My address is on the list.
  4. One dollar is worth about 5 kroner.

    Cointest!

Got my nerd today as well- nice to find a coin in the mail after a long week of finals.
  6. I missed the sale and wish I hadn't, but even more than that, I hope they make a copper version of this awesome coin. I really think it might look good in copper though.
  7. Welcome back! 4985.4 or maybe 6758.1 miles?
  8. If the number is really small (as it is on my ConundrumCoin) you should also watch our for 5 and S and in rare cases G and 6.
  9. Congrats to the skylark four, happy birthday to all three people mentioned in this thread!
  10. Well I do not know dorkfish either, but hey, if she has the psychological abilities to tell whether or not people would continue holding cointests she must be pretty cool. Happy birthday! btw, happy birthday to dimkasmir as well!
  11. While I do not exactly understand what you want to do, I'll speak from my understanding. What people in my area do is publish each stage (with a logbook that has a number in it) as a separate cache, and publish the final one as a puzzle, and then give the coordinates with letters replacing numbers and each corresponding number can be found in the logbook of one of the caches.
  12. Wow, he must have been busy that day. Congratulations to the other Jedis!
  13. Today, when dimkasmir and I were at GW6, a man approached us and took two coins out of his bag and said "here, take these" and ran away before we could say or see anything. In our hands were Jedi coins.
  14. 1: Which is my (grodans) favourite dog. Poodle 2: What animal is our one-year-old sons favourite softtoy? Rabbit 3: What is my (grodans) mothers favourite animal? Squirrel
  15. For the first 100 million years or so after the formation of the solar system, a bright, naked-eye comet was visible in the skies of Earth roughly once a week.
  16. The elements Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Nitrogen - all crucial to life - are found in roughly the same proportions in comets and human beings.
  17. Earth's rotation is slowing down at a rate of only 2.2 seconds every 100,000 years. Eventually, it will stop just like the moon.

    Cointest!

I wrote an article on caching for my school paper, and not only was it terribly edited, the front page listing for it spelled it as geocashing.
