  1. I'm having the exact same issue as everyone else. My normal scheduled ones work fine, but any new ones don't work at all. Oddly, the "get found caches" query works just fine. Aargh... I haven't gone caching in a long time, and the one time I decide to, it doesn't work... How discouraging. Edit: I *may* have just found a way around the issue. I modified one of my old queries I had in my list and checked today. I actually received it in a couple minutes.
  2. Go ahead and try it and see what happens. I didn't think they would work... even though they have the same extension, they're completely different formats. I thought they might have a program that reads them.
  3. I have to ask if anyone tried this, since I noticed the files... If you set the 60Cx to the "Mass Storage Mode" there are a bunch of gpx files in the "root" of the drive. These are "track" files in what appears to be an XML format. Now to my question... has anybody tried skipping the whole POI loader and just copying the files directly onto the "Mass Storage" device? I'm interested in what would happen.
  4. wow i just ordered mine YESTERDAY with $3.99 overnight shipping from Amazon, and im waiting for UPS right this second. How's that for a swift kick in the balls. I guess I could refuse shipment and order another one next day air and get back $46 Arrgh! I just ordered a 60Cx from Amazon on the 26th and received it on the 29th. I agree, this stinks! we ordered it the exact same day. i sent an e-mail to garmin about it as suggested in this thread. when they get back to me ill post the info here so hopefully you can get your rebate too if i can. PS i didnt get the usual Amazon receipt with mine, i got something that looks like it was photocopied on a copier that is about to run out of toner. I hope this doesnt affect my rebate with the "original receipt" did you get the same thing with yours? I used their web form to contact them and, in short, the response I got from Garmin was "You're screwed". Amazon's site says that if an invoice is required, to go to your previous orders and print the invoice from there. My guess is that it'll be good enough. I'm now pondering whether or not I should send it back and then buy it again... My guess is that amazon won't be as nice as the site for the poster above, as it's most likely too large to care. -Jeremy

  6. I'm pretty sure that the M100 series connector is compatible with the Tungsten series, as that's what I'm using at work. (not the 500 series) Before you purchase the connector, I'd verify the compatibility on Palm's site. OK, how about this site? It would appear that we are both right, as they all use Palm's "Univeral Connector", which is unfortunately no longer "universal".
