Well, this is something I have been thinking about for a while. Good to see other geocachers think about it as well, and that we share the same opinion. Basically, what I would be interested in seeing is a way to search your "found" trackables just the same way you are able to search for your found geocaches.

The tip before hiding a cache is to find all the geocaches in the area. Besides finding out all the physical stages, you also get to find more types of containers, which is always a way to improve your geocaching knowledge.

Those 10$ worth of premium membership seem to be a dream to me.

Hi, First of all, I'd like to point out one useful tip for the future: Before hiding a geocache, always make sure you've found the caches in the area, that way you'll make sure that no physical points are close to the location you have chosen to place your geocache at. Regarding the question itself, I'm pretty sure it won't make any difference to you. The Date Placed will only be something that is part of the geocache info. The cache will only show up on the searches after the reviewer made sure that your geocache is ready to go and publishes it. Olá. Deparei-me agora com este tópico, quase um ano depois. Eu utilizo a aplicação oficial e nesta basta clicar "Navegar para Geocache" e depois, no canto superior direito, clicar em "..." e selecionar "Adicionar Waypoint". É aqui que nos aparece um ecrâ onde se pode nomear este novo Waypoint assim como se lhe atribui as coordenadas desejadas. Existe ainda a opção de selecionar as coordenadas onde nos situamos como waypoint. Em relação à pergunta propriamente dita. Antes de ter comprado a aplicação oficial, quando eu usava o L4C, tinha sempre a aplicação sygic, que disponibiliza mapas offline, que funciona tanto como gps para carro como gps "para andar". Aí bastava introduzir as coordenas e depois ia dar com o sítio. Em relação ao seu último comentário, onde dizia que usava L4C porque conseguia ver as caches offline, isso também é possível na aplicação official. Pode ser feita uma pesquisa e depois guarda os resultados(incluindo, ou não, mapas extra e fotos) ou para quem é prémio através de bookmarks ou de pocket queries.
