I'm very much a newbie (3rd geocache find today) so excuse me if this question has been answered somewhere that I can't find. Today I found a cache that had a tiny square of paper with a smartphone QR code on one side, and a code number on the other side. Does this count as a TB? I wrote down the number but didn't take the paper with me. Would I log this as a "discovered" TB? Thanks!
