I now there are only a handful of parasite caches and havent seen any new ones in the past year and was wondering if these things are still allowed? (This is just a curiosity question.)

Fastes has been 1.5 hours longest has been about 12 hours.

I have sent reabets to all of these companies for products and gotten a rebate back on every single one! Best Buy Mr. Clean PNY Norton and a few other that i cant think of off the top of my head. But every reabte ive sent back ive gotten a check back!

Look for a topic on this in the "Geocaching.com Website forum". There Jeremy tells about the problem, that they are working on it and ti will be fixed on or around May 1. He says the only thing is to just wait for anothher time and try again. Yes forums are on different server. we are safe here!

I know you said you didnt want to make it a rule but, I just got point something out here. Are implying that creative containers should be banned? Come on people no more silly rules!!!! I have never heard of cases where people have destroyed stuff. Besides almost all the stuff we are supposed to stay out of is locked, meaning the cache can sometime be easy to spot. Like what Sparky said, you think the sprinkler head is too small?!?!? Some cachers at this weekend's meeting where showing us some scary stuff say about the size of your pinkie nail and yes it had a log in it!

It may be marking some type of route. Route markers on highways in a stenciled design. It maybe for biker, hikers, or part of some trail. What ever you do unless you work for the DOT leave it alone! Its not your highway! Although there is the possiblity of mischief graffiti given the detail and stencil of that thing I would say it serbes a purpose. And to be perfectly honest you are giving yourself too much credit that it has to with your cache. Just leave it alone and look for some more in the area or ask a local. And besides in the 1 in 1million chances some one want to mark your cache with such a nice stencil they could have at least lined it up with the cache!

Site load seems to have lightened as I have been able to log a few caches but I will occasionally get a simple Microsoft.Net "Server Busy" Message which was better than that long scary thing from earlier today. Seems that just waiting a few minutes and hitting refresh has been doing the trick.

I believe this was mentioned above, but what abbout a tab or a listing under the Geocache tab of the caches we own?

JT & JP i knew about yours in the SSi lighthouse (hopefully get a smilie on it in a few weeks!). Also most of the caches in the GA State Parks are in the welcome center, per their request on placing caches. Those library caches are cool. I dont know anyone at our library and would not be to sure as to how they would want to palce a cache in the library.

At which point we make our letters ofr the alphabet? Anyways, I understand the 6 digit limitation, but most receivers can hold more than 6 nowadays. Rino can hold 8 or 10. I think the little yellow etrex can hold 8. But then again you would not want your database map over run with hundreds of waypoints with names this long "GCHZR4TI" either. But as the others said theres plenty of time to think about it.

Anybody know of caches in building? There is one north of me called the "Buckhead Dragon" that is in the fire escape of a hotel. There is also another one in Atlanta that is in a Publix. So how often does this occur outisde of Georgia?

Yeah i was trying to type fast and appreently left out a lot of words. ill fix that. Typing is not my thing as you can see in nearly all my posts. I also feel bad for sending my email there as it had a really harsh tone. I think we may be flooding a by standers mailbox on accident.

I have a small Geocaching.com on my car and kids at school will occasionally ask me what it is. I some times take friends caching with me and they love it. However I am refraining from putting this sticker on the back of my car till after I gradute because of the strange looks and questions I know doubt would receive.

I like em! Good job. My only proble was folding them so they looked all nice and pretty. The CITO section kinda overlaps on the back fold. Maybe if i do some trimming it will work.
