this cachers townhas had almost of its caches plundered at least once. It is sad when someone steals all of an areas caches. I hope they catch him. I hope this silliness comes to an end soon. Really who would steal ammo boxes they are only $5. They probably are losing money with gas prices so high and buying a gps.

It was definately drugs. There are alot of dealers in KANSAS CITY because that is where everyone goes to buy drugs.

If you cant find its owner here is an idea. What if it was intended for somebody who needed the money for surgery or something vital. This seems too fishy... Check if it is fake. If you don't get a response there is a Geo crisis for a town where all there caches have been plundered. If you send it to someone there they could act upon my idea of buying a tracking device and placing it in an ammo box under a fake bottom. Than they would be able to find the weirdo who steals everything and be able to live in Geo harmony y again. If you just buy something for yourself sure it would impact you more directly but what if you gave them that money. Than you would have made a difference in more than 20 lives (approx). Your reputation for being a kind hearted person would grow and maby a few caches in your honor would be placed there. You see everyone is happy. Think of it you and your generus actions may even become a story told around the campfires of geocachers everywhere. Plus you would feel better about yourself adn others would be eternaly grateful. Just think about it for now so that you do not make any hasty judgements.
