  1. New coin received this morning. Very happy indeed to finally own one of these.
  2. I think that 9:00 pm central european time would make it 2pm on 23 November 2014 central standard time in the USA. You may want to check on one of the online world clocks to be sure my adding up is right though.
  3. Those look really great! When will they be available?

    Pi Day?

Is there any idea how much participating in this project would cost? And how much more it would be including postage for those of us in Europe? I really want to take part, but I need to work out if I can afford it before getting too excited.

What does the Greek writing on the side mean?

How's it going? Has this started? How do we sign up for it? Really excited about this project.
  7. Two new ones today: The gold and black artist's editions of CW88's King Tut and Global Nomad coins. (King Tut AE and Global Nomad AE V1 Fundraising) Very happy!

That looks very interesting... Can't wait to see the whole design!
  9. I am looking for a gold edition of the Anasazi Spirit Dweller geocoin. I don't mind if it's activated as long as it is adoptable. Please email me through my geocaching.com account if you have one you'd like to sell or trade. Thanks!
  10. Take your time and get it right, I can wait. Maybe at Geocoinfest Europe 2015 Netherlands- Yeah - I'll be there. I'll also be at Mainz Gutenberg 2015 in Germany in May.

    Pi Day?

To be honest, I have a few two-part coins and pathtag carriers, and I can't say I'm a fan of them so far. They always feel like the two parts don't fit together properly (even though I know they probably do), and like the magnets won't hold and they are about to fall apart (even though I know they probably won't). I'd personally rather have a decent one-piece coin with great colours and sculpt rather than a two-part coin. That may just be the ones I've seen so far though. Without knowing how it would actually work in this case, that's all I can say really.
  12. It'll be a while. Still on the design stage at the moment. It'ss le a couple of months, probably.
  13. Today's special delivery... Five CW88 coins: two King Tuts and three Global Nomads. Very happy with them.
  14. Hi all! I think the time has come for me to get my own geocoin made. I've been working on a design and I have someone who will make them for me. It's going to have a bunch of the horror/fantasy stuff that I like on it. There's one thing I'm having trouble deciding though. Do I make it a "personal geocoin / signature geocoin" (i.e. put my name on it), or just have it as a cool coin? I won't be selling them, so sale-ability isn't a factor. I'm leaning towards "yes", i.e. put my name on it, but I just can't decide so I thought I would ask some opinions. Who here has had a personal coin made? Did you actually put your name on it? Would you post here and show us what it looks like? Thanks for helping me decide! Pan
  15. Awesome coins. The frogs on the middle row are very cool. They're both the same one. One is a proxy coin. I love my frog coins shame I ain't managed 366 yet though but I don't mind. I'll do it soon enough Good luck with the 366. There are a few times that I've bought milestone coins like that in advance of actually completing the challenge. It's an incentive to actually do it. I don't think I'll be doing 366 anytime though. I did the 31 day challenge and that was enough for me!

  17. The elephants are a charity coin for a UK charity called "BrainTrust" that helps people with brain cancer and their families. A friend of mine is raising money with the coins, and all profits go to the charity. They've been helping his family since a family member was diagnosed. Aww... I will keep them in my thoughts and prayers. The horrible disease is terrible. So many young and old and it always seems that the best of them get it. It tears my heart apart and makes me sad. Thank You for letting me know what these Geocoins represent. With a Heavy Heart. ~Valarie of sweetlife If you (or anyone else) wants any, they are being sold through a UK geocaching supply company called Pulse 72, here: BrainTrust Elephant I think the standard one is just going to keep being reminted, but if you want any of the LE ones, I'd suggest getting them soon. There aren't many of them.

  19. Trades and purchases I got at the UK Halloween Mega this weekend!
  20. Gorgeous coins. I don't have a hummingbird yet.

That is awesome! If it's another group coin, I would very much like to participate.
