I tested my new Adventure Lab to be sure it is working correctly and all coordinates are accurate. I noticed that when I enter the answer at the final location, I get the normal Congratulations screen but there is no button for the Jounal. In my lab, the final journal tells them about the bonus cache (as shown below) but the only way to see it is to go back the view ALL the journal entries. Any ideas on why this doesn't show right away like in all the other locations?

It's on my PC hard drive. It is a standard .jpg file. It is 67.8 kb.

I just activated a TB and want to post a picture of it on the TB page. I click "upload an image", choose the jpg file, click "upload" but get a message that says *Something went wrong with the image upload, please try again later*. That happens no matter how often I try.

Are these the same steps to follow when I am in the middle of creating a new cache? So far, there is no cache page as the cache has not been submitted nor published yet.

I am creating a mystery (?) cache and want to post pictures in the description. I create the cache description with pictures in MSWord and copy and paste into the description. When using Chrome, it says Chrome does not permit pasting from clipboard. When using IE, the pictures appear however; when I click save, no pictures show up in the description, only the picture file name.

I seached the forum for this topic but didn't find anything. I apologize if this has already been covered/discussed. I would like my logged DNF's to appear on the map as a blue sad face. Is that a possibility?

Would you know why some of those red circles overlap?

Hi, This is the first cache with the last 3 numbers missing from both the N and W coordinates. I don't even know where to begin to solve it. Can someone provide a hint to get me started? GC42XQF I used the Description Code and all I got was another bunch of letters. I thought that maybe it was like a word scramble and the numbers were be hidden therein but that didn't work. Any help advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, Just recently when I click on "Find my Location" on my desktop computer, it has me in Newfoundland and Labrador but I am in Ontario. How can I set it so that it picks up my correct location?

UPDATE: I went to the website of the manufacturer and entered the trackable number. It gave me the activation code. Turns out the activation code that come with the trackable was wrong - it had 4 letters too many at the end. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip. I entered all lowercase to be sure there were no typos but still have the same error message. Could it be an error on the trackable?

Hi, I understand that happens sometimes but I definitely did not confuse the tracking code with the activation code. I activated another one without any issues. Does this happen sometimes with trackables?

I tried to activate a trackable I just hid and got a message saying the activation code does not match the Trackable. What am I doing wrong? I'm not sure if the last digit is a 0 or a O but it didn't activate with either. Can someone help? Thanks!
