I know . We work really hard to make sure our emails get answered in a timely matter. Sometimes it doesn't always work and sometimes the emails get caught in our spam filters. Ever since we published the real email address and not just support @ oakcoins com, the email spam scrapers have found it and now sending support email about things we cant support . Hopefully going forward, our new and improved coin retrieval system will solve some of these issues. Many of the security features we built into the current system aren't really needed and block enough legitimate use of the program.

I think maybe they need to loosen up their spam filtering. The emails on this problem came in on Wed. We responded to them less than 24 hours later, most were less than 12 hours. Please PM me if you didnt get a response to your email. Thanks.

June 20? You had to have your subscription by June 1st to get this coin. You're waiting on the July coin (Sock Puppet), which hasn't shipped yet. To GG - have you emailed support@oakcoins.com? That's the email for activation code/order problems. AtlantaGal is correct. If you pay for a subscription in June, the first coin sent out is July, which for July is the Sock Puppet coin. If there are any problems, please email us at the email above. For getting the older coins, we do release the extra coins after a couple of months. That is an issue with their activation site. If someone were to somehow accidentally retrieve the activation code, then it gets flagged as having been retrieved and won't be given out again. I think they probably need to fix this, as I bet it causes them more problems than it solves. --Marky We are working to improve the application. AtlantaGal is correct, if someone files a complaint, you know who it is. As for paypal, they do have large fraud department that looks for transaction which are out of the norm. Having a new account, with over $3,000 flow in a short time and a withdraw would trigger an audit. Why do you think it takes 3 - 5 days for your money to transfer?
