Does anyone have a hosted copy of 6.11.6? Garmin's site seems a bit finicky.

They could get clever and build in such a way that a lion battery that they can certify and reliably recharge could be inserted into the space that contains the 2AA's With a seperate set of contacts. That way if the lion battery is in place the GPS can be recharable as most folks like. But if the Lion battery dies you can pull it out and run the unit off Alkalines or NiMh batteries that are commonly available.

I have a 60cx that I very recently bought. I bought topo map and it worked very nicly with the 64meg card. I could load pretty much a 200mile radius around my home with space to spare. Just this week I got a Sandisk 1Gig MicroSD card and it works perfectly. As mentioned don't get the UltraII series. See link below. Now I have all of teh Southeast, and a good corridor up through IL and then around the great lakes area. I had the memory storage to hold teh entire eastern half of the US but when I tried to transfer I got an error that I was over a 500 object limit of some sort. Anyhow Citynav 8 is next once I recover from a few car repairs. Newegg Link

Is the connector between the power adapter and the GPS mount the same as teh 4pin connector on the back of the GPS device? I'd like to use one of the bluetooth serial/power adapters with this vehicle mount if possible.
