I happened to see a nice patina covered control marker today. Marked it and recorded it's stamp, happy to find this one by mistake. Oh no, no data base record, what now! Have I found an orphan?

When I surveyed, with conventional means I would use bridge markers as a BM. All data was available AZ & HZ so I referenced the bridge markers as control.

Eastern Time, but why does that matter. The time restriction was in the form of from a post date. In other words is there a 7 day window to post photo's or 10 day etc.

What are the time restrictions? I was going to send some to the cache find comments and couldn't. Any help would be appreciated.
