  1. That is another issue we have in common. It has been for an issue for at least a few weeks, but I thought it was just me. I have found you then have to go into the filter and re-apply to actually see caches near the one you had selected.
  2. I have this same problem in Firefox, Edge and Chrome. Opening the map, I get no geocaches showing. I am on Windows 10, Version 10.0.19045 Firefox: 125.0.1 Edge: 124.0.2478.51 Chrome: 124.0.6367.61 I have found that if I leave the browser page open for many minutes, at zoom level 11 or less, caches start to populate on the map. They are unclickable and basically indistinguishable at that map size. If the map is left open at higher zoom levels, it seems the caches themselves are not visible but if you hover over a location and there is a cache there, it will eventually appear as it's usual pop up, after 15-20 seconds.
  3. I have been having this same issue for quite some time. It might not help, but I have tried using updated versions of both Firefox and Edge on Windows 10, after adding photos to drafts in Cachly and having the images dropped during the logging process. Currently, I have been doing many virtuals and earthcaches, and would love to see this bug addressed as these usually require multiple images. It is not the end of the world, but does add unnecessary steps to the logging process. Thanks, and just thought the added info might help.
  4. Oh, that is interesting too. It has much less in the way of description and no screenshot of the Adventure Lab or waypoints, but it is a start. Thanks for the groundwork on looking that up for us to discuss. I like the version from Quebec for the reason that it has so much information. You can have multiple pages open for planning if you want to hit multiple labs in a day.
  5. How difficult is this to implement? I have little to no web experience, but with the bones already created, could this easily be ported to another province? I understand you need to manually add each new Adventure Lab listing and the initial work would be quite taxing, but once it is up and running, it would be easy to add each new one that came to your attention. I know people would love to have this in Alberta and I absolutely love what you have created.
  6. I too have this issue. I made a bug report yesterday. HQ told me " To solve this issue in the browser that isn't working properly, you may need to log out of your Geocaching.com account, clear your browser's cookies and cache, then log back into your account. " This proposed solution did not fix the bug. Something they did in the last 48-72 hours resulted in the bug as I was not having issues prior to then.
  7. That's great. It has nothing to do with the moratorium. Pre-existing challenge caches are still out there. Yes, they are still out there but it is nice to continue to have new challenges, just like it is nice to have new caches to find. I think it has much to do with the moratorium. Why, after reading a thread where numerous reviewers have stated the opposite, do you think that? When I heard about this moratorium today I was given a list of 5 questions to answer and nothing more. I did not spend hours reading through all of the forum posts. I was giving my opinion, because that is what I am allowed to do. I don't do this to bother you so you need not take me to task.
  8. It might help you to hear, from a Community Volunteer Reviewer, that nothing in your post had anything to do with the moratorium on new challenge cache publications. Big Brother is not trying to protect challenge cache finders from challenge cache owners. Rather, Big Brother is trying to protect itself from challenge cache owners. (And not all challenge cache owners, I might add... just the envelope pushers that consume reviewer time until the problems are worked out, or until the reviewer gives up -- at which time they start to consume Appeals team time.) Thanks, Keystone, for your reply. It puts it into a better focus. I had no idea reviewers were having such a hard time with these caches, perhaps because the COs in my area are so diligent. I guess when I heard on a few podcasts that this moritorium was in place, little information on WHY it was in place was given. This is perhaps my fault for not digging super deep, but is there a resource that GC posted giving this explanation? This would be very helpful to those of us who do not frequent this forum.

  10. I cannot say is this is geocaching.com update related, but starting yesterday, when I receive an email (only on my iphone, not through yahoo) notifying me of activity on a cache I am watching, an email for new caches published, or a message from someone through the geocaching.com website, the email is nothing but gibberish. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
