I don't really have an exact price that i'm asking for. I was hoping to get about $340-$350 for it since it is like new. There aren't any scratches on it, nothing is missing for it. But I may be willing to accept something a little lower if I need to. edit: I forgot to mention that I won't charge for shipping (UPS Ground 3-5 days).

In June I bought a garmin gpsmap 76csx because I thought I wanted a hand held unit but eventually I realized I would get much more use out of one made for automobiles. So recently I bought a nuvi 660. I really like the 76csx but it isn't much use to me anymore. So I have decided to try to sell it. I've checked some prices and it looks like brand new ones are going for about $375 to $400. I haven't used the 76CSx very much so its pretty much just like new and its in great condition. I'm pretty sure I still have the box it came in and i know i still have all the cables and everything that came with it. im pretty sure it goes from Metroguide then City Select then City Navigator with City Navigator being the best and most detailed.

does anyone know of any other sites besides gpsnow.com that have city navigator v8 in stock now?

It didn't work, i made an empty .gpx file and when i ran the poi loader it said No valid data was found in the specified directory, thus no data was written.

I was reading about making geocaches as custom POIs so i tried it out and it worked but i would rather not do it that way so I want to remove them from the custom POI but i cant figure it out. I searched for it but i only found how to update the list.

I just got my garmin 76csx gps today and its works great. I turned it on and set the backlight to 40% for 15 seconds but everytime i turn it off and then turn it back on it resets the backlight to 0% for 15 seconds. Is there a way to have it save so it stays at what i set it to everytime? EDIT: Nevermind, i just realized that if you quickly press the power button it turns the backlight on and off so i guess when you press and hold it in to turn it on it turns off the backlight.

I just bought a garmin gpsmap 76csx and it should be here this friday. I am waiting to buy city navigator north america v8 once its released and i heard that it won't all fit on a 1gb card so i was wondering if there are 2gb cards available that will work on my gps? ive searched amazon and ebay for them but the highest i can find is a 1gb microsd card.
