hmmmm hard to decide what to put on my bucket list. Never really gave it a lot of thought until now... 1) Alaskan cruise 2) visit New Zealand 3) get a motor home and just drive around Canada and the US 4) grow old with my hubby and watch Beky grow up...you'll find us in rocking chairs holding hands playing with grandkids and tell them lots of crazy stories about geocoins. LOL 5) appreciate each day

If it is this geocoin it was Not trackable on geocaching.com but on their own website (Canada geocoins). It has been in circulation since March 2002. Are you looking how to track this coin, trade it, etc?

I don't see that geocoin in the cache's inventory and the number that you have recorded seems a bit too long. Can you describe what the coin looked like? Or you may contact RainbowDykes as they are the ones who dropped the coin into the cache. Good luck!

PengoMommy entry: For me it would have to be my favorite book growing up; Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery. Anne's character is such a stubborn, imaginative and creative girl. She has a free spirit and I think it's a great story for 'kids' of any age. As a girl I used to imagine having adventures just like Anne. Here is a great description from wikipedia: Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert, middle-aged siblings who live together at Green Gables, a farm in Avonlea, on Prince Edward Island, decide to adopt a boy from an orphan asylum in Nova Scotia as a helper on their farm. Through a series of mishaps, the person who ends up under their roof is a precocious girl of eleven named Anne Shirley. Anne is bright and quick, eager to please but dissatisfied with her name, her pale countenance dotted with freckles, and with her long braids of red hair. Being a child of imagination, however, Anne takes much joy in life, and adapts quickly, thriving in the environment of Prince Edward Island. The rest of the book recounts her continued education at school, where she excels in studies very quickly, her budding literary ambitions and her friendships with people such as Diana Barry (her best friend, "bosom friend" as Anne fondly calls her), Jane Andrews, Ruby Gillis, and her rivalry with Gilbert Blythe, who teases her about her red hair and for that acquires her hatred, although he apologizes many times. PGH your post is just a riot!! This year for Christmas Eve we will be attending church for a candlelit service. I do agree about Christmas morning about how kids just somehow manage to NOT sleep in. I know we will be awoken by our daughter, PengoBeky by 6:00 am. But the excitement on her face is just too cute and we will go open gifts. My problem is not all the gifts that need to be put together it is trying to take the gifts out of the box. The way they tie down toys with all those silly twist ties and pieces of plastic and elastic bands... Then I spend the rest of the day cooking with the hubby. The MIL comes over in the afternoon and a few more gifts are opened. Then we eat until we feel like the stuffed turkey. But we feel very blessed this time of year and enjoy every minute that we have together...even when we argue about how long things need to cook and when they should be started. Merry Christmas everyone!!
