I use mine on my bike. Its fun to check elevation profiles and such. It also helps to know "how far is it!" I haven't seen many other people doing this yet, but as they catch on, I'm sure they will. On my way to the Mt. St. Helens Visitor Center.

I tried geocaching with the Pharos and Ostia software and hated it. Try using OziEplorer CE software (you can't run both programs at the same time). If you can figure out how to get the maps and calibrate them, it makes a great geocaching tool. OziExplorer
