No I never was upset about it.. I was just asking for an opinion and clarification of this FTF. Since most here see it as still an FTF,I'm willing to accept it. As the first respondant mentioned, there are no rules. I'm still new to this, so I respect the majority opinion.

Well i appreciate the feedback, after all an FTF is an FTF. I'm not bothered at all about the FTF being at night, as long as the others will do their search during the daytime hours, and be considerate about the landscaping.

I placed a cache that asks cachers not to search at night because its in a neighboorhood park, and I had concerns over the landscaping. The cache was published at 10:30 PM and the cache was found at 10:50PM. My question is that does this person get the FTF even though he didn't follow instructions to cache only during daytime hours? My wife suggested that this wasn't fair to those who waited the next day. I have met this cacher and he is a repected member of our local geocaching community, but should he get the FTF? Only 112 caches within 48 miles of my home coordinates. My search does not go out farthet that that. Texas Panhandle.
