  1. The trip is booked, the PQ's are running, there are so many to do it's mind numbing... Could you post your most memorable, must do caches.. ..or the worst ones to avoid.. Thanks in advance
  2. Must be another busy Sunday evening ...Sigh..... More Servers....we need more servers....already!!!!! Jeremy sighs....
  3. When your in BC may I suggest taking highway 3 to Princeton then 5a to Kamloops instead of the Coquihalla....The coke is a 4 lane freeway that climbs all the way from Hope to the summit at about a 8% grade all the way.... # 3 and 5a are way gentler and you will see a good cross section of beautiful BC There are a number of great caches along the way as a bonus I'm off to work so I don't have the time to list them in order...If your interested please email me..... Gotta run..... R
  4. Heh wait a minute.......it's in my neighbourhood....Why hasn't this cache been approved post haste...........??????????????? I'm gonna complain too??????? Ha HA All in jest.........the approvers have to have the chance to chase a cache too........ they will get it done
  5. Mellow out.........The wait for a cache to be approved seems like forever.......the longer the wait the better the cache is ......Don't bother the approver witha email it's in the Q and will get approved.........if they have to respond to email it will make the wait longer.......Mellow............. it will be approved........ R
  6. [Any hope of opening the competition up to the rest of the planet?? I'm sure the don't just sell Jeeps in the US.] As always, get excited about a new contest, check the fine print So much for a world wide sport, and PRODUCT....EH Some day....... A contest open to everyone, except the mighty USA... To our southern neighbours, As a good Canuck I apologize for the rant...... ..............GO Flames GO...........
  7. I'll agree that better than a grey blob...BUT...not much better...my area shows the railway that hasn't been here for 20 years...BUT...good thing in a way as it now shows the trans Canada trail Thanks Jeremy,,, at least your trying...Membership does have it's rewards.....Anything better than a grey blob looks good
  8. Until yesterday I would have said there is NO rush to be FTF in my area...Ha that changed today.............I saw 2 new caches released last night and joked with the wife that I'd better do a night cache so as to get the FTF...Ha HA we both laughed...Emailed my buddy to see if he wanted to go in the morning or the next day......No RUSH I say.......Ok he says got some running around to do, but lets do it... .....Down the valley we go, pull up to the parking lot, Hummm a Xterra parked there BUT the bathroom facilitys are there too so nothing to worry about...Pull up beside the Xterra, Oh no that looks like a GPS sitting on the dash, what's that little piece of paper passenger is trying to hide... Had that "gotta be a geocacher feeling" Asked the question, Sure enough...A couple that live 200 miles East of here......AAHHHHHHH O'well got to meet my first cachers AND they had allready did the cache further East that we were gonna hit too........Luckily they had updated coordinates ( good thing too as we would have never found it) So now night or day I'm dropping everything to go for a FTF......... ......Ya snooze Ya loose

  11. If it's rutting time in the fall i'd stay away from the bucks (the ones with the horns They might think that your trying to take one of their girls and can get pretty stupid about it.... And in the spring the does( mommy deers will get very aggressive protecting their fawns (baby deers ... In our area we have had a few cases of the does attacking humans or their dogs....So to be safe give them lot's of room because they are WILD life....
