  2. And people thought I was nuts for jumping in and crossing a river up to my mid thighs with my jeans and tennies on. the worst part was, I wasn't supposed to cross the river, the woods were me giving me a false reading. DOH! But, I'm a puppy compared to harcore freezing water skinny dipping. LIVE FOR TODAY!
  3. I think this is a great idea for a travel bug, i hope the people who pick him up pay attention. tell blue to take a short trip to michigan so i can meet him. Fleabandit LIVE FOR TODAY!

  5. HI guys, I will be going up to The Sault the weekend of Nov. 23rd for an awards banquet at the Kewadin Casino. I want to fit some caching in if I can and was wondering if there were any particular ones that are defintely not to be missed. Also wanted to know if any are going to take me too long with my time restrictions. I don't want to jump into a Bill and Gary's Adventure kind of thing and not know it. Also if anyone might want to meet up, let me know, would love to meet other cachers. thanks, FLEABANDIT p.s. are snowshoes a good idea?! lol LIVE FOR TODAY!

  8. I really should quit reading this darn board at night. I dreamt that to be one of the best cachers you had to go to a certain cache deep in the woods then when you came out you were able to catch the ultimate caches, these were magic turtles and you picked them up with those things they use to pick up trash on the highways. but because you were an elite cacher you didn't hurt the magic turtles at all. the only bad part was, you became a geocacher zombie like in night of the living dead. phew! what did I eat before going to bed?! Somebody same me! LIVE FOR TODAY!

  10. Hi, I'm in the Detroit area and I usually always go alone because I work midnights. I haven't had any problems but carry my cell phone at all times. I was thinking of maybe starting a thread on here that you could post for a caching buddy in your area. what you think about that? LIVE FOR TODAY!
  11. OK, I take the same stuff everyone else does, but I have a question that relates to this topic. When I leave for geocaching everything is neat in my backpack and I look like a good little girlscout but by the time I get home, the inside of my pick up cab looks like a tornado hit it. Things everywhere. I must be the messiest cacher alive. I'm surprised everything doesn't fall out when i open the door at the gas station. Am I the only one like this? LIVE FOR TODAY!

  17. I asked this question on MIGO site and only got one reply, and he wasn't sure either, so I thought I might ask here. Sometimes in the caches, you see what looks like business cards with team names and some coordinates on them. Are these used instead of signing the log? Are the coordinates other caches or their home coordinates? I saw some neat ones and was just wondering. Thanks, FLEABANDIT LIVE FOR TODAY!
