I am new to geocacheing, and going to maui in 2 days. Just want to know if any one knows of a cache there that is a must find. I have downloaded some waypionts that are by the hotel we are staying at. I have also taken a TB from a cache and a geocoin that are going with us. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks Mike

I had the magellan 315 and in just a couple days I up graded to a garmin legend I love it, works great for me. Then again I am new to this too.

I cant find how to email geocaching.com. I am a member but I dont get email on new caches but I do get email for the weekly ones. All I could find was it said to come here and ask? Thanks Mike

Thanks for all the help I have the original legend. It has the four round contacts on it. It works great for me and way better than my old magellan 315. Thanks Mike

The cd cache sounds cool to me. very nice, I would go to it. Dont get me wrong the caches that I have found have been fun for me and my daughter. Just be nice to find a cache like a cd one, fun for dad.

I was just saying cache for adults (no toys) would be fun I think.And as far has a cache for adults (xxx) I just want to know so my daughter dont pick a cache and we go to it ,and it has (xxx) in it. That would not be good,so it seems to me that (xxx) is not allowed. Just want to know. Thanks Mike

Iam new to this too,Is there caches out there just for adults? The ones I have found are like you guys are saying and fun for me and my 8yr old daughter.So if there is adult themes cache out there how do you find them? And no they are for adults, so you dont take your kids out to them.

just got a new garmin etrex legend.dont know what one I got, I see people saying legend C and legend CX and on and on. And should I turn on the waas it is disabled right now? Thanks Mike

Will thx for all the help I did just go buy a new garmin etrex legdend and sold my magellan 315 to a friend. I have to say this etrex is way better than the 315 it got me a lot closer,but then again I am a newbe so what do I know. Thanks Mike

will I just got a new garmin etrex legend and sold my magellan 315 to a friend that wants to do some geocaching. I downloaded the easygps software and i can download waypionts from the computer to the easygps and to the garmin. My question is on the easygps it shows the waypiont,but there is no map its just in a black space. what to do? Thanks Mike

looking for a pc cable for my magellan 315, new to geocache and need to update magellan 315. Or should I just go for a garmin etrex legend? Thanks

Thanks i will have to look for updates. My version is 3.07. And i am learning that it does not put you right on top of the cache. One thing my magellan 315 seem to do is, I can make a X on the ground and walk away from it say 30yrd or so, come back to it and does not read the same, is that normal? Iam not under trees and I have read the manual over and over again. no where can I find where to put in a waypiont manual. I want to type in like N 34 o7.435 W116 25.178 and then say goto from home. so for now I just watch the numbers go up or down to find the place. THANKS for the help!

I am new at this cache finding stuff. Is a magellan 315 any good i seem to get differnt readings on it,and the same reading in two differnt places about 10 yrds a way. thanks for any help
