My $0.02... My experience has been similar: problem tolerated for months, went away for a few, then returned several months ago & remained. Signed out, cleared the cache, removed & reinstalled the app, but nothing would remove it for longer than half an hour or so. About two weeks ago, I bought a new phone directly from Motorola -- Android 10, even. Latest version of the app was installed during set-up, I signed in, and - boom - new souvenir notification was STILL active. I signed out then back in, but it stuck. I've given up trying to clear it.

Ditto -- no maps shown on my Mac using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Also on my Android using Chrome. Maps work fine on my gf's iPad. The problem - and LOTS of others - showed up sometime Wednesday, 3/25.

Ditto -- the lists page is shown as blank on my Mac using Chrome and Firefox; using Safari, lists are shown as blank, but then will are shown after the tab is refreshed. Also seeing the blank lists screen on my Android using Chrome.

Magellan won't sell replacement parts for units not under warranty. Go figure. It looks like the doors for the 510 & 610 are compatible. Anyone know of a repair shop or have a dead unit to sell for parts? Thanks!
