Been using an eTrex Legend for caching until my dog used it for a chew toy. My F-n-Law and wife bought me a gpsr from MegaGPS.com - Oregon 400t refurbished for $289. Been using it for a week and the paperless feature is great. As mentioned above, don't settle on a lesser unit. Invest in the most top of the line you can afford. Haven't tried the Wherigo game, but the 400t has the capabilities.

My eTrex Legend was just chewed up by my dog. I never was able to use that excuse in school regarding my homework, but it happens. No need for it here. Anyway, not sure if the cable is the same for both units. Let me know if you are interested. Reelay
