up here in the mountains of WNC were having some pretty good luck with the national forests and City parks in hendersonville... we havnt been botherd by any silly regulations from either of these two (YET)

I'm fairly new to geocaching, only been at it about a month or so. My problem is that when i get to the co ordinates the GPS does stupid things like the pointer pointing in different directions and the distance changing eratically. I currently have a yellow etrex (cheapest) so my question is which model GPS will give me a more accurate idea of where im at....?? At this point I dont think I need one that you can upload city streets into and all that.

Hi Im gojoey from arden NC and I took traveling bug (TB2C4A) from Rice Pinacle in NC and sent it to San Diego with my wife who is visiting children there. She was going to find a cache out there and place it in. But without GP S she hasnt had any luck finding a cache to place it in.
