Please make sure if you are around a reservoir you have a valid permit. I ran into 2 of New Yorks finest and had a problem. They wanted to arrest me as a spy because they didn't understand what I was doing. Try to explain benchmarks to the PD. I was only 4 feet off the road. please be careful these people are over reacting to everything.
