  1. That won't prevent more on politics as usual.

What happened? In the topic starter area it lists 'no longer member', yet his profile still shows him as a premium member.
  3. Go to the U.K. forum and do a search for woggle. Webscouter is from Missouri. He collects scouting neckerchief slides and posted there. These are called woggles in Britain. You may find a common interest.
  4. Can we begin to see why this is an Iroquois word and not an English word? Believe me, the Iroquois learned soon enough about the English.
  5. Hey that's the name of our dog What's it mean in the US??? Si Hokey means not very classy. I would call Benny Hill or Three Stooges comedy hokey. Have you heard of the chilldren's song "The Hokey Pokey"? Btw, my Samoyed dog of 17 years who died in 2002 was named Cholo.
  6. Only if one considers long posts as entertaining.
  7. This was someone's handwriting? Is it possible that the 'G' was a lower case 'b'? If so, TKTG could be tktb, or "took travel bug".
  8. Maybe not spam, but it might be considered a tad hokey.
  9. That's still only one year younger than Jack Benny.

    Yo Jeremy!

Nice try, Jeremy, but you're not foolin' anyone. We know one of your sock puppets when we see one.
  11. Remember the Arlo and Janis newspaper comics where Janis "catches" Arlo reading maps? It worries her and she doesn't understand. We understand.
  12. Rocks are more like chicken nuggets. As for analogy, is that the study of all the planets or just Uranus?
  13. Could it be metrosexual attire? I'm still not sure what a metrosexual is.
  14. I met one of those experts. It was in Nogales, many years ago. I was in need of the time when I spotted this fellow resting on the sidewalk, along side his burro. I asked, "Sir, do you know what time it is?". He calmly reached over and lifted his burro's sack and replied, "It is two fifteen." I said, "That's amazing! How can you tell time by lifting a donkey's sack?" He said, "Easy....there's a clock on the church across the street.".
  15. I'm sure that you meant well, but this would seem to imply that the initiated are ninnies. Even further off topic: Your word reminded me of the Iroquois word "ondinnonk". This roughly translates as the soul's innermost benevolent desires. Think of the natural goodness of children before they are corrupted by adults.
  16. This cache is pinned in this forum. You'll find a few posts of interest there. Click on the last post entered and go up to the third from the bottom. Lowracer has coordinates similar to yours. You may want to email him to see how he fared.
  17. It appears that there is new interest in this subject.
  18. I've seen many replies concerning this topic, but I didn't know that "many" cachers logged their own.
  19. It took long enough, but there is now a new thread about "Where's Sparky?".
  20. Take it outside. Its not a Geocaching.com problem. Dont try to make it one. I wasn't paying much attention to this until I noticed the animosity. I went to the link. It has a GC.com logo with instructions to visit the site. I assume there must be some kind of connection between them and us. What's the problem?
  21. I see that a few people have been distracted by the pink tutu. This may change that. Does that look like a roach clip that the ballerina is holding in her left hand?
  22. Lingo is slang that originated in the American West. It came from the Spanish lengua, which means language or tongue. Savvy? The same origin for savvy, from the Spanish sabe, which means you know.
