Is it possible to adopt an old virtual that is still active?

Back in June I came to Oregon to find the Oregon Jasmer and Fizzy Challenge. I did have a little problem finding the Jasmer due to the Devil's Club but I found it and it put it back safe and sound before I left. I posted a photo of the ammo can as proof I found it. After that I had other cachers ask me where did I found it. I did give them nudges but they still couldn't find it. Recently some friends of mine said they tried and found a group of cachers searching. From what was said they practically destroyed the area searching. One photo by a witness showed a garden tool next to some wood. Do cachers have to be this extreme to find a cache or just except defeat and try again another time. I sent a message to the owner to see if they can check it to see if the cache was still there, cause I can not see any reason it would have gone missing after I found it as there was no one in sight and it even it took me awhile to avoid the Devil's Club and find it.

I found a trackable but wasn’t activated. I tried to find the activation code but you’re supposed to go through their site cachebuddies.net, doesn’t look like it maybe in business anymore.

I completed an AL and it says I did but only shows 4 stops not 5 stops so I can’t enter a log.

There seems to be a bot logging caches all over the San Francisco Bay area at rapid speed.And yes I did report it but I thought others may want to know in case they log theirs

So far our area had been cleared to put on events. I want to know where I can get a high enough quality image of the community event image to make banner. I would like to able to pass it off to our local groups who may also want the banner to use at their event. The one shown here is low res

When looking at your own Geocaches to be able to see if there are Notes, DNFs or NM. Right now I have to use GSAK to be able to see any. I would like to see them when I am in the field so I can see if any need checking right way. Maybe have like the 4 boxes like in GSAK. Green for found, Red for DNF and Gray or yellow for notes

Possible fake Geocacher by the name JvonN Log 3000+ caches in one day, they just started today. Logged in different states and countries, And most are archived Geocaches. I already reported him but it will take a while for HQ to respond and to investigate.

Nah. HQ knows there are others, especially which are not numerical coordinate checkers, and knows they have legitimate, practical value to the community. Otherwise they wouldn't be allowed. It's a different reason. HQ's not always the enemy

I didn’t see an answer to the CHECKER attribute. Why is it only for GC checker and not others?

I’ve adopted a few and I adopted out a few. But I had a question from somebody asking me. Do you have to be a premium member to be able to adopt a geocache?
