I cant seem to find a battery indicator on this device. any way of finding how close your batteries are from dying other than the device randomly telling you?. i dont always carry spare batteries.

ty this gps is so much harder to figure out than the last one i had

so i have to plug the gps into the computer to delete them?. i didnt have to with my etrex legend. wow i think that 99 dollar unit is better than this 400 dollar unit.

i bought this new gps and was wondering. after finding geocaches how do you delete them from the device so they no longer appear?.

yea theres no bats. this might not be a cave as many people perceave a cave. first off theres no where that you can stand. most people would have to crawl on there belly most of the way. you cant turn around. you go in and either back yerself back out or continue on to the other side where there is another entrance or exit. depending on which way ya went in.you go down you go up you go left and right. its tight small and rocky.

the opening is about 2 feet by 3 feet bt to find the entrance ya got to go threw a maze of very narow corridors of rocks. A flashlight and a very flexible body is about all you would need.

Is it allowed?. If so the cave I want to hide it in has a small entrance that not every cacher can fit in. The cave by no means is dangerous its part of a park where I live and is rather famous. The total length is about 50 yards but its pitch black and not friendly to those who are claustraphobic. The organization that runs the park has given me the ok to hide a geocache there but I aint sure since the opening might not be big enough for all geocachers. Any info would be apreciated thanks.

when i leave it on the screen goes gray with a black line going threw it. is this unit broke or something else?.

if so how?.

found my 100th on my birthday. messin with the yetti.

i have 2 legends and they both worked fine till i put in new batteries. now after 5 minutes or so the screens go blank with a gray line going down the side. it says the battery is full on the legend. anyone else have this problem or know what caused it?.

can you make a new bug or redew a lost bug useing the copy tag?. ive got 1 missing for 2 years and 1 that was lost because of a wildfire. can you restart a bug useing the copy or keep 1 going because its gone?.

1 of my travelbugs went missing so i marked it unknown. today it was placed in a cache and its still listed as unknown. how do i get it from unknown to were its logged at now?

mine 18.6 round trip up and over 3 friggin mountains

nobody has found it yet and the level is a 3. its a micro on a rails to trails. we had very severe storms here lately im wondering if it got washed away lol.

how long do you search till you call it a dnf? me and 2 others searched for this 1 cache for over 3 hours and couldnt find it. and the clue changed after we logged a dnf. which totally confused me. if it ever quits raining will try again.
