    I have a new 60csx and it came wtih v2.50 Should I download the the newer 2.70? Is it a good idea to always download the latest versions of firmware/software for gps's? Any reasons not to update? Thanks

    Anti-persirant is suppose to help keep you from catching poison ivy. That was in a doctor's column in our local paper the other day. I get it every year, too.

    I keep reading about the great support and service Garmin has, but everytime I have ever called I get a message that the wait will be at least 30 minutes. Is that good support? I could get George Bush at the White House faster than I could get someone at Garmin. I'm beginning to believe Garmin only has machines at their office and no humans to talk to. Who has 30 or more minutes to sit with a phone to the ear, hoping someone eventually answers? They should either hire more phone people or quit advertising the alledged wonderful phone support you get at Garmin. If you can never get anyone to talk to, this is non-support, not good support. Has anyone else had this problem, or is it they just won't answer calls from me?

    How do you know what version of software you have in a GPS? I have a 60csx and keep reading about the new 2.70 version. Also, is there a way of telling if WAAS is working. I have it enabled, but don't know how to tell if it is working. Thanks

    I'm new in this hobby and would like to get my first good map software. I have heard City Navigator will come out with a new version in July. I think it would be wise to wait for the new version. Don't you agree? If I buy the current version now (V7), could I update it when the new version (V8) comes out, and how much does that usually cost. Thanks from southern Indiana.
