Well what ahve I missed? I go out of the country and post one reply and see lots of people now trying to avoid mandy. I thought it was best for me to get about 3,500 miles away just to be on the safe side! Its great here in canada, they are very placid I can't anger them...yet !!!

I too am looking forward to getting my Calendar and not meeting Mandy. I see a lot of charity threads pretty harmless. I would say though if there is a rule abotu not having them (which there is) then thsi would need to be inforced equally throughout the whole forum. I simply think now that the UK forum is now closely monitered and anything and everything is scrutinised.

Thanks for your order. I'm usre other people would have bought the copper coin also but I personally would never promote/sell something I don't believe in myself and I just didn't think the copper coin brought anything to the table. I was initially only going to get the silver minted but when I seen the Bronze I was really impressed so I got them minted too.

Hi there, I will be spending 10 days in the windsor/belle river area from 25 July and just wanted to see if anyone had some must's recommendation for caching while I'm there. Hopefully be fitting some caching in between Tim hortons and golden griddle and other family related affairs. Thanks in advance.

Hello & Welcome You will have more fun just out finding caches than coming on here at the minute. There is a sensitive bunch on here who analyise every typed word and will for the most part try to be helpful just make sure you use lots of smilies or they will just pick you up wrong. Best place to go is uk geochat thats where you'll find out what some of the folk here are really like. :laughing: :unsure:

A friend of mine drove 102miles just to get a coin because he hadn't got the icon and he did not pick up any other caches on the trip.

let's look at it this way if it was not introduced what would the serial complainers have to complain about yesterday? Don't worry about something far more important will happen for you to have a moan about later...I'm sure. Think of us over in in Northern Ireland, I don't really know where it leaves our caches which are logged as UK at the minute because we have to pick Ireland then Ulster. I have some cahces logged in both the UK and Ireland. So do all my caches ahve to be in Ireland now and from now on?
