Hi Folks, Yesterday I put my first cache out in the new forest uk, feeling quite pleased with myself i drove home 90 mile round trip, set up my page and posted my cache, then realised i still had the log book in my car! My page was approved by this morning, so i disabled it, then drove back out and placed the logbook etc in the cache. Now back home i clicked the activate this cache button on my page, and also put a note on it to say cache was now active and saying why it went off for a few hours. Every time i accces my cache page now it still shows as being disabled and not available. Did i do something wrong or is there a different method i should have used to get my cache back 'online' Thanks Gaz

'Since there are advocates of logging a find when they find the cache location but no cache' How can anyone log anything as a find? how do they know they are at the cache location unless they sight the cache? common sense. If you've seen it you've found it and can log it If youve not seen it then you dont know if your in the right place or are in the wrong place and so as you havent found it you cant log it as found.

is there a way that i can view the page i have posted even though it is not on the site yet?

If you design a souped up page with all the bells and whistles you can think of then good for you. If I cant read it because my Spectrum wont do that sort of thing then its of no real concern to me. You just get one less person who might have been to your cache. Whats the big fuss about. If you've got it flaunt it, if you havent either live with it or quit moaning about it or get it yourself !!!
