Preteenski's birthday mission has arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it is in a massive box I am putting it away until his birthday in february but just wanted to let the sender know it was here. Customs took a great interest in the parcel even opened it up and resealed it. Thanks will post again once he has opened it.

Can anyone point me in the direction of anyone who currently has a scuba diving related coin available for sale? My son has started a diving related coin collection - he currently has two coins one of which is the wonderful Reef Check coin (not sure what the other one is) It is his 13th birthdau so and i was hoping to get some more coins for him. Any ideas? Thanks

Well my Birthday Mission was sent in time for some lucky Canadian persons birthday unfortunately the Canadian Postal Service had other ideas. Today I received the mission back - Return to Sender- Denied Admission into Canada. I hadn't put my actual name on the parcel and even though my return address was clearly stated (obviously as I have the mission back) the mission was returned to me!!!!! I have now put the parcel back in the post (with my name on the back) so hopefully it will get into Canada this time. I have never had this problem before and can only appologies to my swapee - it is back on its way to Canada. That said I'm quite impressed will the service from UK to Canada and back in 12 days not bad (just failed to get to the actual recipient)

Just checking that you know that you don't get to keep geocoins that you find in caches???? They are other peoples that they have sent out into the world to travel. If you retrieve one from a cache you need to log your find on the geocoins page and then move it to another cache. Don't KEEP it

Depends where you are there are lots of shops out there that sell coins (mailorder)...Geoswag, Landsharkz, Coins and Pins just to name a few....or you could try ebay

Only the owner of the TB can edit the actual TB listing page, if they knew the TB number they could add it to a watchlist and therefore be notified on all movements (they would be able to post a note on the TB page) HTH

I wouldn't give up on missing missions just yet even if they were sent on the 10/11 deadline if they were sent Surface Mail and not AirMail they could still be enroute

Whoever receives Owen - Preteenski will see that he become Teenski this year! He loves Scuba diving, skiing, lego and sometimes caching depending on the type of the cache. He is currently collecting rubber ducks and key rings. Hope this helps abit. He is a typical boy of that age.

Post Office will keep the parcel for three weeks before returning it to sender, although with all Christmas season it maybe a little longer (you should be ok)

One coming from close by - the other person on the receiving end of that sender has posted receipt, so yours should be soon. #2 coming from across the oceans.... again - it should be there soon. Fingers X'd that the mailman will bring it on their next delivery. Sweetlife posted on post number 188 that they had received the mission from us, I think it must only be their local mission they are waiting for

Ok Preteenski makes it to his teenage years in February so I have signed him up. Looking forward to putting a mission together

Sorry - I was going to write - "mission to include something from each group below" but thought that could become too bulky for long distance missions. They are a guideline to what to add to the geocoin to make it into a gift. I'm with DJ J Rock re the groups.....the way it reads is that all the groups except the Geocoins are OPTIONAL - so you could end up with someone just sending the two coins and a card. I thought the idea was to receive a few extra birthday treats, as well as the card and coins. Is that right?

Both my missions landed on my doorstep today................ Big thanks to Hollara for the AMAZING Maine Pirate Quest coin (very adpt as we call our youngest Pirate and he has already claimed this coin so thanks gain) and an Earth Turtle pin. Big thanks also to Chur for the equally AMAZING Dorkfsh coin (you are right you can never go wrong with a fish) and a Canada micro puck coin (great for all the micros popping up at the moment. Thanks again to both of you - you made me smile today
