  5. I have come upon a good plan, many may have done this or maybe not. I just thought I would share it. Before you plan on going out for a day of geo-caching. You have your list of caches to find.. some might have themes... or can be anything. My other half and I go to the local dollar store and maybe spend 10-15 dollars on little items we might think would fit with themes and grab extra stuff to carry in our backpacks to use for different caches. Its great... you can find neat stuff at the dollar stores and best of all you are not breaking your bank if you have a limit of what you can spend on for cache stuff. icon_razz.gif

  7. I was just wondering if anyone has heard or come upon a cache that had nothing in it but junky old stuff people dumped from their own homes. I was just curious... my other half and I have come upon a cache that was created for kids and in it were some cool toys but sme of the little stuffed animals were dirty and trashy. Just wondering! icon_rolleyes.gif

  9. I was wondering if you can take something from your home that would fit perfectly in the wild to hide your cache in... like for instance i have a turtle rock cave my turtle doesnt use... it would be a great little rock to place in an area and hide a cache in the little opening. Is this stuff kinda allowd??? Was just checking... and just curious if anyone has. Thx icon_confused.gif

  11. My other half and I went geocaching the past two days and came across something unusual on the way to the cache following one of the many trails. It was bizarre. I was wondering since it is a stationary object. And it is easy to see when you look in that direction... (and everyone has seen one of these in there day... if not tons a day). My question is can i go back and make a virtual cache out of the object. Its just so bizarre why its out there, and i thought about this since I have come across it. I was curious if you were in my shoes would you make a cache out of it, or just chalk it up to WEIRDNESS!! Thx icon_wink.gif
