  1. I was just wondering - do you actually have to have logged a find on the corresponding cache? I know this sounds like a daft question but we did a series where the area that the cache was hidden was unusual... but we never found it! (We know it's there because the CO confirmed it was, but as the series was quite far from home we've never revisited it to have another go).
  2. Hi all, Thanks so much for your suggestions so far We personally have done all the Bradgate caches but we're intending on taking the kids there first because we know for certain where they can find two caches to leave the TBs... disappointment-proof! Sadly this series is Premium-Member Only... which we're not... yet! (I'm sure we'll give in eventually (or convince someone to gift it to us!) so I'll keep them in mind - thanks for the suggestion, we often go on holiday in that area! I've never seen a cache with so many 'favourites' as Alphabet Soup A!! I couldn't believe how many caches there were by 'Marrow Bone'! Are there any in particular you recommend? That really DOES look like a cool cache, thank you!! I can't sort things by most-favourited ('cause I'm not a premium member), unfortunately, but I'm scanning through the list to see which are particularly popular. Sadly, all but one of the ones you've recommended are premium-member only... I'm sensing a 'need' for premium membership!! The second one looks really cool but says it's definitely not for kids so I think I'll add it to my list for another day. Keep 'em coming! Becky x
  3. Hello all, I'm new to the forum (and aware I might've left this a bit late!) but we bought our friend's children a TB for Christmas, which they're going to race against the one we bought for our daughter. We're taking them out for the day on Wednesday and as it's their first geocaching experience we'd like to take them to a particularly cool/unusual cache. We live in Leicester but are happy to travel for about an hour in any direction. Can anyone recommend some good'uns? Becky (half of thelinnettbirds)
  4. The only one we've come across so far was up a tree (yes, we knew that much) and the clue was "It's up there somewhere"... TA.
