  1. MommaCoz here, my fantasy caching partner would be Tim McGraw, I am picturing him in a kilt now thank you. But honestly I love caching with DaddyCoz.
  2. We just did alot of caching in the Outerbanks and took some TB's, we didn't always leave one in exchange, I always check the goal of a TB, if we can meet it, we take it and send it on it's way as soon as possible. I have a couple of TB's on my watchlist, I am hoping to get them to take to FL with me in July.
  3. I learned about it from an online friend and me and my family started about 2 months ago, we have since introduced two other people to it who have signed on and have done caches. We do bring family members with us sometimes. My 7yo wanted to do it on his birthday so Mr. Coz went with 5 little guys, they had a blast.
  4. My original name was Deputycoz, a combination of my job title and part of my last name. We geocache as a family, just started last month so I changed it to Teamcoz to better reflect what we are, our family does everything as a team and we are loving geocaching. Teamcoz includes my hubby Chris, me Amy, our kids Samantha and Daniel. Teamcoz can also at times include our nephew and my sister. I believe my nephew just signed up with his own name though for him and his Dad we have introduced them to geocaching.
  5. We just got into this sport and my kids, 7 and soon to be 9 yo. love it. They are always on the look out for cool things to trade in the caches, I can't walk through a store now without them scouting things to get for caching. So far we have only done 6, we did it on Easter, here are my kids and my nephew, my nephew loves it and got it Dad to start so now they have their own account. My husband took my son and his buddies on my son's birthday, the boys had a blast. We have a night one planned this weekend and my daughter is taking along one of her friends. We have two vacations coming up and we are planning out our caching days while on vacation. This is an awesome way for families to spend time together. We decide together which caches we are going for, the kids do the decryption for clues by hand if there is any. We love it.
  6. Thanx, We will try to get one soon to take to the Outerbanks, we leave for there in 4 weeks. I will keep an eye on the others and try to grab one closer to July if it is still in the area, I don't want to take one now and hold it until then, it may have the opportunity to go further than Clearwater, FL. We will see. Love the ducks, they are great!!!
  7. Hey we are not far from South Toms River and would love to take a TB down to the Outerbanks with us in May. We will also be going to Florida in July so I will try and keep track of them and try and snag one before we go if they haven't traveled too far out of the state by then. I don't think it is ok to snag it now and hold onto it until July, right?
  8. Henki, I will try to remember to do that tomorrow. We got a picture with the kids holding it and the cache, the cache was located at the top of a hill, in the background you can see the hangers for the Lakehurst Naval Air Station, that is where the Hindenburg disaster happened. It was a beautiful view.
  9. Thanx, we will just put this in the next cache we get then.
  10. Hey, my family has just got into geocaching and we love it. We got our first TB on Easter (my birthday too), I logged our find on that night and the tag on the TB says it's mission is to go to AC but then someone logged that it completed that mission in 2004, it is now 2006 and I wanted to make sure we sent the TB on it's proper path, I tried e-mailing the owner with the e-mail address they provided and also by sending a note through the website but they keep getting kicked back. Please help, we just want to do the right thing, how does this kind of situation get handled. Here is a link to the TB we found. http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.as...8c-f5823958cd26
