I've never worked out the issue, but this is spot on! Thank you BaseCamp sees the files are there, but GPSr doesn't Removed all of the waypoints which I don't tend to use for caching anyway, & eTrex suddenly saw the caches again I know this is an old thread, but I was looking for info today & I thought adding reply may be useful for others

I have an unactivated Community Volunteer trackable that I got from a pre lockdown event. Managed to lose the activation code though! Can anyone help?

Thanks for these suggestions. I have recently started using Win7/IE9. Wasn't getting any message about phasing out support, but decrypt was not working; no error just no decrypt. Switching off compatability mode has resolved this issue.
