  1. You can order small-sized bumper stickers here Sticker Junkie. These can say anything you want that you can fit on the sticker! White on black only...
  2. This cache sounds great! By all means go ahead with it! If people have the ambition they could always walk to it in the winter too provided the lake freezes to the point that it's safe.
  3. I've got a white '71 bus and an orange '74 thing
  4. No Flask.. this plate was my first choice, but I got my second choice.. SHAMAN That pic is a mock-up from a site: http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/
  5. I use IrfanView to resize my images.. it's really easy and it's free!! It's also great for browsing the picture files you have on your hard drive. If you open a picture file and double click on it, it goes fullscreen and you can left click to the file behind it in line and right click to the file next in line.. all in full screen. I like that function. The resize function is easy too. It gives you options for specific resolutions and percentage reductions too. http://www.irfanview.com/
  6. TPAM will have a good time on the trip and will wake each day rested and refreshed while the rest of us slave away. TPAM makes me wish I had more vacation time.
  7. TPAM will someday have a cache very close to one of mine
  8. well of course only weekends.. because the person below me keeps me busy following them around picking up the remains of the unlucky cachers who get in their way as they blast through the trails.
  9. Another good option is pharmacy vials. Most have good seals and unless state law prohibits it, pharmacists are ususally happy to give you a couple if you nicely explain what you'll use it for. 13-dram vials are the common small ones most people think of. Cache appropriate ones may be the larger 40- or 60-dram vials. You'll want the safety caps for the seal. Of course these are for micro caches... almost forgot that point.
  10. I took mine from one of my favorite cars that I own. It seems to be quite an original screen name because I did a GOOGLE search on it and all the hits that came back are related to things I have posted on the net!
  11. Ok, this may already be a thread, but I didn't see it. Is it just me, or do others get angry when you're the first to put a cache in a local park and then someone else puts another cache there too. I realize these are public parks, but come on people... let's separate these caches by at least a mile or so. Maybe that's too much, but I've had 2 different people place caches within 0.1 miles of a cache that I placed. One of the new caches I can actually see someone at if I'm standing at mine! There are plenty of areas around to hide these things. Let's get original here... What are your thoughts? Here is a link to the park site. As you can see, the park is outlined in orange. The longest side of the boundry is just about 1500 feet long. This is a small park. I suppose this may be a territorial issue.
