My geocoin was picked up in France on 1st June 2013 and it has not moved since then. The person is still logging new cache finds. I sent them a email but got no reply or response. How can I get them to place my coin in another cache?

Hi I have had my Magellan Explorist GC for a few months, I am having problems manually inputting coordinates for a waypoint. I can set the North or South degrees but when I try to input East or West I cannot set the degrees above number 9. It is probably very simple to solve but can anyone tell em how.
