Wouldn't it be a blast, that for every cache this person has stolen, the cache owners replace the cache, in exactly the same spot. I bet that would drive the thief nutso. LOL The person has in my opinion also slandered some folks, and reporting blog abuse wouldn't be unheard of or unwarranted.
