Jim: Here is the issue that happens here. Whenever one vendor says anything about another vendor it is not going to end good. Since you arent' a customer you should leave it to the customers to post complaints or compliments if they have any. How would you feel if other vendors were posting in message threads about your company? It's not a matter of being thick skinned or whatever, it's a matter of being professional.

Couldn't work out a white version. As far as copper since I was already at 7 different versions I didn't want to make to many. Maybe this way you can trade for the ones you don't purchase. The pictures kept coming out blue even though the coins are purple. It's actually pretty cool, depending on how you hold them up to the light they kind of change from a blue to a purple. Almost like a mood ring.

Icon will be determined by if 150 coins or more or sold. If so then they icon most likely will be a red heart. Thanks Eric K

Photos are up. Weird is even if I take pictures the purple translucent looks blue, it really is purple. I really like how these came out, the pictures don't do them justice. If you want to make your reservations early based on the die art you can do so now. Love Geocoin early reservations I'm still waiting on the photo samples and was hoping to have them by now. Unfortunately this means the coins probably won't be ready by Valentines Day. The thought would be to keep them in stock and when a disaster hits put them on sale. I think generally people tend to give more while an incident is fresh on their minds. I like your idea about the helping hands.

Might be something worth while investigating... I may try to draw something up within the next day or so to see what it'd be like... I have ideas floating around in my head already for that As stated in another post the likelyhood of using the Red Cross symbol are about slim to none. Understandably so they are very specific on the use of their logo. Use of Red Cross logo guidelines

Just a thought for discussion. When incidents such as Haiti or the hurricane hit in New Orleans or the tsunami from a fe years back or other natural disasters happen, people generally want to donate while their emotions are at the highest. Do you guys think the public would be open to the idea of a coin that is sold during these times and that a portion of the sales would go to someone like the Red Cross when the disaster strikes? My thinking is maybe have some kind of coin that is kept in stock and then when a disaster hits and people want to give the most put the coin on sale for a few weeks. Any thoughts on this? As usual please don't turn this into a flame war or personal attacks. Just looking for intelligent opinions on the positve and negatives of this idea discussed in a professional manner. Above are the variations based on suggestions and what was possible. A few changes will be made as listed below but I wanted to go ahead and post this. A04 we will change the text from white to black. A03 (possible) change the trackable text and engraving to white color fill A05 Change LOVE text to black. It doesn't look like I can do a pink or a white translucent. :-( For the black heart version do you guys think black translucent on black nickel or black translucent on antique finish?
