Thanks, Eric K Found out to get them in via gpx files. I'm just so used to using the Garmin Installer program. Now if the weather holds up tomorrow I'll go out and give it a try.

Just an update. There may be a very slight delay. The mint informed me today they didn't have the engraving numbers. The coins are ready and waiting for the tracking codes and they now have them, so as soon as they get them put on the coins they will be shipped to me! It would be up to Groundspeak to approve or deny the idea, so you may want to contact them first about your idea before spinning your wheels. As far as the coin itself if Groundspeak approves the design and it is something you want to do then you should do it. I don't think you can make a coin that will universally please everyone. Have fun with it and let the people that would enjoy the coin enjoy it.

Also, the coin design would need to be approved by Groundspeak. If you are talking about just a few personal hand made coins it may be more cost effective to just attach them to a travel bug. Good luck with your coin! :-)
