    HALLOWEEN MISSION 2019

    Since the little one was home sick from school today we carved pumpkins and decided that opening the mission would bring smiles to both her face and mine.  We were blown away by the generosity.  Thank you Team Bear-Cat!   The coin is awesome and I look forward to getting the trading card started on it's mission and seeing where it goes.  I had such a great time watching my girl try to spin the coin, but with her 2 YO hands to small for the spinner she insisted that daddy do it for her.  Thanks for the fun!  I plan to open the 2nd mission on Halloween, if I can keep my peanut away from the box long enough!  :)  Below are pictures of some of the contents!  Thank you again for the coins and swag and thanks for putting together the mission GeoCharmer81!

    Thank you so much liveanimals for the magnificent Halloween!  The coin was spot on as my father, Oatmeal, completed the trail several years ago by doing it in sections.  I had the pleasure of joining him on a few sections local to the area.  Happy Halloween to all in the mission and all those following...Cheers!

    Two CAPT PROZAC Geocoins released near Baltimore

    Its been a long time since I've released a Capt Prozac geocoin. Only about 20 are in circulation (I saw one on ebay a year ago for $137. I don't sell these by the way, someone else was). Anyway, I placed one in GCN75M and GCNFX5 geocaches near the Baltimore Washington airport over the weekend. Since these aren't travellers, they don't show up as travelbugs on the cache web pages. Good luck and good hunting for any collectors out there.

    I went after the one in GCNFX5 today, but it was gone. I tried to look at the log to see if anyone had logged it, but I did not see any other recent logs. I may have missed the coin, but at least I did get the smiley for the cache!!! :(

     

    Thanks for putting a couple of these coins out in this area.

    Being a Penn State Fan and since I did live in Pennsylvania for a short time, I have wanted the Pennsylvania 2005 Geocoin for some time :D . My hopes of owning one was made possible from the generous gift from D@nim@l. ;)

    3. Mission Complete: Yes - I deserve being on the "Naughty List" for getting my package out so late...but it has been sent. My apologies to my recipient for having to wait so long for their mission and to Butterfly Lady since I did not follow the rules by getting it out by November 10th!!!! Happy Holidays to All!

    4. Package Received: Yes - Finally had to give in and open the box. Inside was loads of goodies and wrapped presents along with 2 trackable (The Ice Dragon from my Seeking List) and 1 non-trackable coins. Thank you Earthrooster for a fun filled and fantastic Santa Mission. I have included a couple of pictures, but I left out 1 awesome item that went directly from the package to my head and I forgot that I was wearing it as I took the pictures. But I also recieved a nice, soft Santa Hat!!!!. :laughing:

    4. Package Received: Yes - Believe it or not I have been good and have waited to open the box. I will be sure to break into it this week and post pictures. I wanted to wait until the start of the holiday season and I have some holiday traditions coming up this week...so does my Santa Mission...thanks again and I will let you know once it is opened. :D

    Just an FYI:

     

    There will be 3 Christmas versions, for a total of only 300 coins. I can hear the groaning now :) Assuming most of you are broke anyhow :D probably won't be a big fight to get them ;)

     

    I will limit the numbers that you can order.

     

    150 of the Santa's Helper edition

    130 of the Elf edition

    20 of the Naughty lump of coal edition. (Not for sale)

     

    All are trackable and I hope to have them in by early Dec. I'll update when I have definite info.

    Is it a new icon or the existing 2008 Earth Turtle icon?

    MICKEY DIVER MYSTERY MICRO GEOCOIN

    I just returned from a long overdue vacation yesterday and received my mail today. In the bundle was an envelope to me from me ..... I know that I had a few cocktails during my vacation so sending myself mail would not have been too crazy :unsure: though I do not remember mailing out anything!!! The timing of receiving this INCREDIBLE coin could not have been to perfect since I did a couple of dives in St. Lucia during our 7 day Southern Caribbean cruise.

     

    Thank you Mystery Mickey for my 1st mystery coin!!!! I could not have received a better gift.
