We started with a Garmin Legend and this Christmas we got a Garmin GPSMap csx and it rocks, which is to say I highly recommend it.

I pretty sure I'm right but maybe I'm not so some one can correct me but I thought it had to do with how zoomed in you were. When you are out farther it will just show the yellow push pin, but when you come in closer you get the GC icon, similar thing with the names. I also was unaware that you could open your PQ in google earth if that gets ride of the floating caches im all over that. I'll have to try it out.

I would have to say I would prefer the placement of a new cache also. In our area there seems to be a decline in cache lately, one cacher who had quite a few caches in the area seems to have "retired" or something because he/she has archived all of their caches but the virtuals. So I think this is a great idea.

Sorry it a legend not the color one. I know how to see the lon/lat of were I am at I would like to know if there is a way to display the lon/lat of were I'm going like if I'm using the the goto funtion or a route?

I bought my first GPS a week ago. I have been playing around with it since then and have figured most everything out, except how to have it display what coordinates to the way point that I'm going to. Does any one know how to do this Thanks
