Same here. Two Adventure Lab logs, one yesterday and one today. They are registered with the correct dates on the site, and in the statistics section a two-day streak starting yesterday is correctly registered. Still, no souvenir

Yes, please do that. It would be great news.
I can say that on 16th August an event was still sorted incorrectly in my find list.
look at my last finds... i just logged them in that order and they were placed in the correct order! I was told that the bug was fixed on the 19th or 20th, so maybe on the 16th it was still unfixed

I tried to relog some old caches with a different profile, and it worked. I will log the new caches from my holiday trip in the next days... we'll see what happens

Almost-Happy-2nd-Birthday, dear bug!
@Bl4ckH4wkGER or any other competent staff member: Is there a chance to get this fixed (according to what the HQ support wrote in August 2020) and if yes: Will it happen in the forseeable future?
I've been told by a lackey that the problem is solved. I'm exactly about to test it

Salve a tutti/e

Hello, an update. Now looks like that it's possible to rate the Adventure and leave a log, but probably only if you finish it now.
The new issue is that, while I have completed it months ago, I can't leave a rating or a log, as there is no button to do it in the review page. [screenshots attached]
Main screen of the Adventure, showing that it's completed
Log page of the Adventure: the buttons to include the log are missing.

And nobody at HQ seems to care about it. This was my answer of August 2020 from HQ's support team:
"Thank you for contacting Geocaching HQ.
We are aware of an issue with logging Events and the order of the logs. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get this issue resolved soon."
As I said, this is so frustrating...
I am using GSAK to log when I attend an event, and the order is always correct. Maybe this issues don't bothers too much people and HQ has things to do with higher priority.

@ilTozzo do you have a screenshot of this warning message that you can share here? Thank you for the information, our team is aware of this bug and will look into it. Thank you for your patience.
It translates as "impossible to send the review", and the two options are Retry (which leads to the same message over and over) and Exit. @ktaylor211

I'm guessing this is related to the new release of the completion time feature. I have not seen it yet but that's a big bug!
No it has been like this since this summer. I completed the adventure together with others at an event, and nobody would be able to log it. I remembered about it today and decided to ask here.

As you can see this Adventure has 0 rating and no logs, as if it has never been found before. The issue is that it has been found many times (including by me), but whenever anyone tries to rate it or log it, there is an error message stating that it's impossible to proceed. Also, despite on the page it is shown as completed, on the map the pinpoint is without the tick, like it was still not found by me.
Anyone experiencing similar issues?

I did my first geotour last year, and in a few days I will start a 10-days-trip to do the second one. I was thinking... there should be a way to "log" a geotour beside logging all the caches in it. Like a log for the whole geotour itself, where you can leave a comment about your experience in total, without focusing on a specific cache or area. And in the geotour page, all this kind of logs will be collected and could be read by anyone who visits the page. Of course it won't give a find, but there could be a counter on the geotour page with the number of geotours you have completed. It's just an idea, but I think it'll add a lot to the geotour experience!

Ciao "colleghi" geocacher!

Events started again here, and I attended one last Saturday, and of course found some other caches.
I tried to use GSAK to log everything in the correct order (and it worked perfectly last time I did it) but this time it doesn't work, and the event appears at the beginning of the day. Seems that now even with GSAK it's impossible to log in the correct order I hope they will fix it soon.
EDIT: it worked again!

I had asked for this feature too, I totally support this! Why we have to give a reason when deleting a picture but not with a log?

Just a bump for this as it appears to still be borked based on my logging today.
I believe it is. HQ is aware of this since last August but probably they're working on something else. In the past posts someone explained a way of logging them in the correct order using GSAK, I am using it and everything is correct

This is a change I had wanted for a lot of time, thank you! For future improvements, together with the possibility to divide the souvenirs into groups, I'd suggest to change the date fo souvenirs to the date of the log, not the date the log was sent.

WhenI open the page All Event Cache Types from a personal profile, both hidden and found (link), it shows all kind of events: regular events, CCE, CITOs, Megas and Gigas. But when I go to the second page, it switch to showing only regular events. Is there a way to display all kind of events in pages other than the first?

Hey,
I had not made any labs on these days, so I don't know, sorry. And I never do labs on milestone days as I was afraid they might mess up...
I think this could be difficult, as labs are logged through a separate app. You can load them to GSAK for your find statistics, but yu can't log them with this tool.
But if you now log older caches which you were holding back, this might change your milestones again.
Thanks. The milestone problem is from one year ago, I had no idea that Labs could mess up stats, I logged them at a mega, Adventure Labs were not a thing yet. I'll try to explore gsak and see if there is some way, if not it's ok, I am already happy to have logged Al the cache I was holding back

Hi there,
I had just asked the support if they can say when this will be fixed, as I also found this problem in my logs, but unfortunately, they can’t give a timeline. I have now found a way to fix it for myself and I think some of you might be interested for their statistics, too ;-) However, this will not solve the problem itself, it just avoids it.
It seems to me that the problem has something to do with the date/time transfer when logging from the fieldnotes on the website. If you load your fieldnotes into GSAK and send your logs via this tool, the problem does not appear.
It is also possible to correct old logs with this method:
Just load the caches of that date into GSAK, sort them in the correct order, add the find date AND time and upload your logs (you need to delete the logs before, of course, as you can’t log a found it twice). That’s it
It worked!! I'm very grateful to you, i could eventually complete the log I was saving since a few months! Do you know if this works with lab caches too? There are some messin up with one of my milestones...

Sounds like I'll have to learn how to use GSAK...

Too many times ?
Not sure why you're getting this issue, but we've been caching since '04 and haven't had a single log deleted yet.
The few times we've deleted Found It logs, we made sure to mention "we deleted a few fakers not on the cache log again..." the day we did it on the cache page.
Folks curious look at the cache page (maybe to log again...) know that they're busted, and we never had a single person ask why either.
We used to send an email explaining why, and it says we should do that in the Help Center, but we never got any replies...
Fortunately, I had only a few logs deleted and mostly on TBs, but sometimes had happened that the owner never replied to my request of explanation.
Personally, I had to delete a lot of logs for the most diverse reasons: spoilers (after asking the player to edit it and never receiving an answer), blasphemy, personal offense, fake logs (both on Tbs and caches), double logs... If I had the possibility to use this feature it would have simplified me a lot, because most of this people didn't even asked me the reason for the deletion, and just redid the same identical log. Receiving an email with an explanation can also instruct players on how to log properly.

Too many times has happened to receive the notification of one of your logs being deleted, so you asked the owner the reason, and never got a reply. If you tired to log again, it would be deleted again, but still got no reason from the owner.
It would be interesting to add a pop-up window when someone deletes a log (except if it's deleted by the same person who wrote it), where he must write the reason why he's deleting the log and he cannot proceed unless he does it (something similar happens with pictures). In this way, whenever you get the notification of the log deletion (both on a cache or on a trackable), you also got to read the reason why it has been deleted, and ant the same time, the owner has to give an explanation for deleting the log.
