  1. Sorry I haven't been on, we had a baby on the 5th of Oct, so no chance to play with GPS. Will try another set of batteries, but the last set of Energizer liths I put in were dead in 1 day because I didn't take them out. I'll give it one more shot.
  2. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue or knows how to fix? Relatively new Etrex 20, used maybe a total of 5 or 6 times. I usually put Energizer Advance Lithium batteries in everything. They're great batteries and last long. They used to last even in the Etrex, but lately I've noticed it eating them up when off. I had unit in case for 3 or 4 weeks, when I went to use it, my fresh batteries were dead. I put in a new set a week ago, left them in, went to use unit yesterday, dead again. Any ideas, anyone else experience this?
  3. If it "doesn't exist" and no one claims it, I guess I will give it a more water proof home and some new paper and submit it.
  4. This is as close as I can get you, that is within feet of the geocache. 41.818159 -77.448649
  5. Sorry haven't been on in a bit. The cache is old, wet, ink is faded on the geocaching.com sticker on it. Can't make the name out. It's near this is location but it should be fair game. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=6cc1b8ff-189d-429a-8994-99080fc533a9 How do I get ahold of the reviewer?
  6. While out on a cache yesterday with my nephew I took a few to teach him about a historical item there. While there he moves some stuff at the base and finds a geocache complete with official sticker and blank logbook inside. I doubt this happens often and I still can't quite believe it, but there it was. It was obvious this thing had been there awhile, but I didn't show it on my gps even though everything near me is loaded onto it. I checked here just to make sure and still nothing. So my question is this: Should I do anything with it? Mark it and put it into play, remove it as trash, leave it in hopes it's owner returns for it someday?
