El Diablo strongly suggested that I donate to this very worthy cause and of course I agreed! (Actually he threatened to fire me if I didn't!!! ) Since he is the boss I told him to count me in for the donation, but I am going to pass on the drawing since I already own two of his wonderful hiking staffs. I agree with El Diablo and feel that these two caches should not have been archived. If there were no complaints being made about these caches, then why after being in place for such a long period of time were they singled out and archived ? I understand that there has to be rules and guidelines put in place to better the sport and to discourage people from placing caches that are a waste of time, but in this case these caches are more than worthy of the hunt regardless of whether or not they are virtual or physical. Hopefully, the powers that be will realize that they have made a great mistake in archiving these caches and reverse their decision.

I am happy to say that I own one of El Diablo's great hiking staffs! I have had it since August and love it. It's nice and lightweight, but also sturdy and durable. I would say that the asking price for his staffs is more that fair considering that you will not find an aluminum hiking stick with the same amount of craftmanship or with the personal touches that he puts into them. No they are not collapsible, but I would much rather ward off varmits with a solid wood hiking stick than with a flimsy metal one. Congrats, El Diablo and good luck on your new venture!
